The benefits of a bootcamp class include increased cardiovascular fitness, improved muscular strength, greater agility, increase calories burning, and simply put…it’s a great workout. Richard’s bootcamp classes will consist of circuit stations set up to test your strength, endurance, and flexibility. These stations will include kettlebells, rope endurance, BOSU balls, skipping ropes, band resistance, push up/sit ups, just to name a few. Ten minutes into the class you will ask yourself “Why did I come”, but you will leave feeling energized, knowing that you pursued, persisted, and prevailed.
