The K-Bands Core class is a full body workout, utilizing K-Band resistance bands. K-Bands have become an excellent tool to help burn fat and tone your body, targeting hips, butt, and thighs! Amando’s up beat cardio routines are fun, and will help build balance and functional body strength with each core and stability exercise. So if you want to have a great cardio workout, that emphasizes toning those hard to reach areas, grab a set of bands and join Amando for an invigorating hour of fun, sweat, and results.

Instructor is Amando Campbell
Maximum of 8 people per class.
