Hatha Yoga
Hatha flow explores the dynamic harmony of hatha yoga postures through the cultivation of breath awareness and alignment. Each class has a focus, with poses building on each other, allowing for a deeper exploration of the practice. Classes will include foundational yoga postures and incorporate the use of props. Suitable for students who are comfortable with dynamic flowing sequences such as sun salutations.
